This location data is used only temporarily to facilitate the search via Algolia and is not stored or permanently tracked by Cornhole Manager.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our Service, specifically for:

  • Service Delivery: Account management, identity verification, score keeping, and displaying your performance statistics.
  • Communication: Sending service-related notifications and responding to inquiries.
  • Transaction Processing: Managing optional payments processed by third parties.
  • Analytics and Improvement: Monitoring usage, analyzing trends, and improving app features using Google Analytics.
  • Advertising: Displaying personalized and non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob to support the Service.
  • Search Functionality: Verifying unique display names and facilitating “find nearby events” features via Algolia.

We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

  • Active Accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
  • Inactive Accounts: To uphold our commitment to data minimization, Personal Information associated with accounts deemed stale, inactive, or unused for a continuous period 24 months may be reviewed and removed from our live database. We will attempt to notify you via the email address on file before initiating permanent deletion of your account and associated Personal Information.

  • Other Users: Your first name, last name, display name, stats, and profile photo are visible to other users within the App for game, tournament, and league organization.

    • Payment Processing: Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
